Too bad I can’t give 0 stars to the Marlton NJ Target Cvs. Bonanato is nasty. Pharmacy is dirty. Should be shut down.

Went to urgent care for antibiotics, after waiting from 1:30pm to 4:30pm then rush to cvs North 5th Las Vegas for my antibiotics. That.bramch near me was closed so early @5pm when I run into another cvs in Losee North LV. They said I have to wait tomorrow 11am because they can't clear it. Or I will pay cash but have to call doctor to send again rx to their branch because it's been sent and in process to another branch. Urgent care was already closed . Next day CVS open 11am. I'm in 3rd day of no sleep due to coughing. For simple reason they can't able to help me. I went to Walmart RX and they did something to refill it. TOMORROW I will cancel all of family RX from CVS. Not good service like other said. Wondering if that phaacy will close for 3 days what I'm gonna do? Full of BS. I am also willing to pay cash. But still need to call doctor to send to right branch. Next time, no phaacy input needed.

CVS in port Charlotte (4478 Tamiami trail) this pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. I go get my meds 4-5 hours before close time and they still don’t have it ready after it’s been sent for hours maybe even a whole day. You will wait forever at this location to get your meds so if you’re in pain or sick don’t come here! And then I show up to get it and they say I have to wait and they will send me a text. Like no it’s an ointment man not narcotics. Get it together CVS!

I take pain meds regularly but had surgery and the surgeon talked with my doctor and wanted to prescribe more of the same because my tolerance is high due to taking them so long and he agreed after surgery I would need more. I called to see why it wasn’t filled and the pharmacy lady says “you get some every month, you take what you have to you get more next month”, you don’t need more”. Who the f*#% gave her a doctor or surgeons license?? This is none of her business nor should she ever tell me what to take or how to take it. I had to get ahold of surgeon to call pharmacy which he was nice enough to do after he already sent script over the day before surgery.

I WAS a customer of CVS for about a decade....the past 4 years, unfortunately I have been having to get my prescription pain meds filled with them. It was until this June that customer service has been HORRIBLE. I had to call the feedback line twice on this location. Today, it was so bad that when Customer Service called the pharmacy, they hung up twice on their own Customer Service. I promise after this month CVS no longer needs to worry about me...

I was there today in the pharmacy CVS and the girl Tanicha That is her name She was mad and she told me to get the F___ out to the Pharmacy
Because I asked to her how I drink my medicine because I’m going to have a colonoscopy ,when I try to to talk to her she started talking with another customer and ask her why why she do that When is my turn so she told me to get out to the Pharmacy and she started say the same but Word And I tell to the guy who to make the medicine for the patient and then I talk to him you’re gonna let her to talk to me like that and he don’t do nothing he only said all you had to go she didn’t supposed to say that but you had to go in and start crying and now I get sad because when you go to the pharmacy because you have your medicine you need help to get your medicine you don’t go to the pharmacy to somebody treat you that way

Tried to transfer thyroid medication from a Walgreens in Illinois to a CVS in Sonoma CA. After 2 weeks of multiple phone calls, I finally was told they had a prescription ready. When I arrived they tried to give me a pain killer medication from a dr I never heard of! Stay away from CVS pharmacy!

I've been going to CVS since Jan. 2022 since my insurance changed and it is a preferred pharmacy (costs much less for each script than if I go to a monpreferred pharmacy).
I get two scripts a month and they always screw something up. Today my doctor had to send the script 4 times before they "got" it.

My biggest problem is their phone system. They make it a very lengthy process to simply speak to some one in the pharmacy. Today is the second time I've had to drive over because I couldn't get through on the phones.

They are by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

If you are concerned with your families health; stay away from this pharmacy. After checking the CVS app which showed that a med was ready, we tried calling the pharmacy 4 times to confirm that it was available for pick-up. However as is typical of this location, no one ever picks up the phone. Because of that I drove to the store. Upon arrival, I was the 1st person in line and was waited on promptly. However the positive experience ended there. The tech that waited on me looked for my wife's life saving drug for over 35 minutes and when she did approach me she indicated that it had been returned to stock and that the pharmacy had run out of the med. It was now after closing so I asked to speak with Claire the pharmacist. She walked over to the counter to say "We're out of the med, you'll have to come back" and she began to walk away. When I began expressing my concern that my wife had no medication left Claire's response was, "There's nothing I can do, we've been busy, you'll have to come back". I suggested that there was something that she could do, that was to find another pharmacy and call them to see if they could fill it...she didn't respond and walked away from me. At this point the store manager came by and asked what was going on. After informing him, he spoke with the pharmacist and I then waited another 10 minutes until the tech told me that the script was "transferred" to Cherry Hill with no mention of which location, just Cherry Hill...it took three additional requests to get "Kings Highway" from Claire. So it turned out that Claire's statement that "There's nothing I can do" was simply a lie and was the result of being lazy, unprofessional and having a complete disregard for people's health. Yes this is long winded but just think, if Claire does this to a family member or friend of yours who can't or won't advocate for themselves and they're forced to go without their life saving medication which ends with a bad outcome, who is responsible for Claire's irresponsible and unprofessional behavior? Are you willing to risk family and friends health and safety by taking a chance with Claire? I'm begging you, please don't!

The New Young Lady At the front counter is amazing. She lights up that store I’ve haven’t seen that in a while she makes you feel welcome and she helps with everything you need while you’re in there , that is what that store has been needing! Her name is Lynnita , I will shop more as long as she there , That store needed her Grandbay store 4782
